Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Note: Delivery service is available only in Dimapur and Chumukedima Towns of Nagaland State.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination Pin Code. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. After verifying the issue with the delivery agent, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

Address Errors
